1. What are your payment options?
We accept all the payment options offered by Etsy, including but not limited to Paypal, major credit cards and bank transfer. No personal information is stored locally.
2. How do I order from your website?
Just add the items to your shopping basket and pay when you are ready with your order. For more detailed information, please refer to the extended help provided by Etsy, Paypal or Dawanda.
3. What are your delivery options?
Normal unregistered post, registered post or express post. We do not use courier services.
4. Can I order over the phone, via facebook or by email?

We are available from 9am - 6:30 pm CET. Normal phone charges apply.
8. Can I see the items before actually buying?
Since we are an online bead shop we do not have a place where you can come and see the beads and findings, However, if you order an item and don't like it, you can always send it back for a full refund.
9. Is registration free?
Registering with kolibribeads is and will always be completely free. We do not send monthly newsletters but could send some important information or discount codes once in a while. You can unsubscribe from a link in the email you receive or by just sending us an email with the title "Unsubscribe".
We keep all personal information you give us to ourselves and never sell or give out your private data to anyone. Besides, to make things even safer, we will never ask for your credit card details or bank info. If you ever receive such a request, it will not be from us.
10. Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in the world. We have many clients in Ireland, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Holland, Greece, Malta, Canada, USA and many others.
