Shipping (& packaging) costs (Updated April 2018):
The delivery charges mentioned below might change from time to time. The exact amount is calculated automatically by Etsy and displayed during checkout. By paying the amount, you agree to the quoted delivery charge and total product price.
All orders are sent from Ireland. Please note that these delivery costs also try to cover some of the expenses related to Paypal commission, Etsy commission and placement fees, packaging and postage stamp costs. Although they might seem high when performing large orders, please keep in mind that they only cover a fraction of your order-related expense! Since we sell items with little value, we cannot add these charges to the product itself.
Delivery within Ireland
First standard item: €2.60 + €0.23 for every additional article
Medium-heavy or partly bulky products (ceramic beads, wooden beads, glass bead bulk packs, etc.): €3 + €0.30 for every additional medium-heavy article
Heavy/bulky objects (spools of wire, large wooden beads, chains, bead boards, etc.): €3.50 + €0.40 for every additional heavy article
Registered post: + €7.50
Express post: + €9.50 (next day delivery if ordered before 10 am)*
Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world

We have lately noticed an increasing number of mistakes in addresses and even names! The address is the MOST important part of your order. If you give us the wrong address you will NOT receive the order and we will NOT issue any refunds.
- Check your details when creating an account and before ordering any beads, etc.
- Correct any spelling mistakes.
- Capitalise the letters that need to be capitalised.
- Check your house number is correct
- Ensure that the country is correct! It is easy to mistake Malta for Malawi or Switzerland for Swaziland when tapping on a tablet or mobile phone!
If you notice a mistake after you place an order, inform us immediately!! Do not wait!! We only see the details at the time the order is placed and sometimes we post orders within 1 or two hours! We cannot change the address after it has been posted, even if we still haven't marked the order as sent in the system.
We keep most items in stock. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent within 2 working days (Saturdays and Sundays not included) and are generally delivered within the timeframe below (following dispatch):
Postal deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1 - 3 workdays
Postal deliveries to the rest of Europe: between 5 (Germany, Malta, UK, Belgium, Holland...) and 10 workdays (Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Gibraltar...)
Postal deliveries to the rest of the world: up to 30 days, depends on the country (USA/Canada should take between 5 - 12 days)
Registered/express post available upon request at an additional charge.

Kolibri also supplies beading components to other countries outside of Europe. We have customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other parts of the world. Delivery charges are basically the same for everywhere (except cheaper for Ireland) but larger orders may be subject to local tax & duty.
Tax Charges (Outside Europe)
Customers in countries outside of the European Union might have to pay tax/customs charges in accordance with the law in their country. This generally doesn't apply for small orders but every country imposes different thresholds.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Should there be anything which is not in order, please report it to us and we will try and find a solution/agreement or refund the entire amount on a per-case basis.
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 48 hrs after receiving the order. The item/s returned should be in their/its original condition and packed properly to avoid damage in the return process. Items may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. In the packing you should include your original invoice. We will only issue a refund if the item is in resellable condition and if we have been notified beforehand about the return. Please be kindly advised that return postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
Damaged or missing product claims must also be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Repostage in case of wrong address is subject to renewed postage fees.
We refund the order in full unless:
1. The order is rejected by the customer upon receipt
2. The order is not picked up from the post by the customer and comes back to us
3. The supplied address is incorrect
In such cases, refunds will incur a charge equivalent to the total postage amount paid. In case of special offers with free delivery, refunds will incur a charge based on postal charges at the time of the refund. This may not be higher than the total order amount paid by the customer and includes additional costs, such as directly-incurred paypal charges and packaging material.

The Irish postal services (Anpost) only assume that a package is missing if it is not delivered within 30 days. Since we have no way of tracking and speeding up postal services, we will only offer a full refund of the purchase price or send the order again (if the products are still in stock) if an order is not received within 30 days after the dispatch date. We fully abide with EU consumer protection law which states that you are entitled to a full refund if you don't receive the item within 30 days.
A re-delivery attempt to a different address is possible against a charge. No refund will be given if the order fails to arrive within 30 days after the second delivery attempt.
