Are you a business holding a valid intra-EU VAT number?

If your business holds a valid intra-EU VAT number and is registered within the EU but outside of Ireland, you are entitled to buy our beads and supplies free of VAT. Irish-based businesses should also have their VAT number stated on purchase invoices, if they have one.

Before placing your first order:

Please register an account with us, enter your business and delivery addresses in the 'My Account' section (or send them to us), than contact us requesting a business account, quoting your valid VAT number.

Your VAT number must show as valid on the VAT validation page of the European commission:

https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

We will then add the details to your account and assign you to our B2B customer list.

A confirmation email will be sent to you on the email address provided.

From then on, your orders will be exempt of VAT and you will have to declare the business-related purchases yourself with your local VAT department.

Please note that we are not wholesalers so you will not be entitled to any other special discounts by holding a business account with us.

- It is also not possible for us to issue amended invoices and refund any VAT on orders that have already been processed and shipped.
