Damaged products and lost parcels


At www.kolibribads.com, we do all our best to post your order as quickly as possible using the postal/courier service you selected.

Standard and registered post are the cheapest services offered and have proven to be very reliable and fast.

On occasions, postal items may however be 'lost' or damaged.

If you have not received your order within 10 days in Ireland or 20 days elsewhere, your postal item might be lost or held by your local customs office.

In this case we suggest you contact us so that we enquire about it as a first step.


For standard or registered postal items, you will have to fill the M58 form, which you can find at the link below:

Please inform us after filling out the form so that we also send the same form. We will be required to provide An Post with your details and your phone number to do so.


In the form, you will also need to provide various details, which you will find in the invoice/order confirmation provided.

In case the investigation leads nowhere, we will give you a full refund, unless it appears that the address you provided us is incorrect or incomplete.

Should this be the case, we will only refund the value of the products (not the postage) if and when we receive the undelivered and undamaged postal item.

This can take several weeks and up to 2 months in rare cases.


Please note that In the rare event that a shipment goes lost in transit, arrives with damaged contents or is not shipped for reasons explained to the customer (such as not enough stock available), we shall not assume any claims for consequential or indirect damages. We solely agree to re-ship the order with the same products or products of the same market value using the same shipping method agreed for in the purchase contract (order confirmation) following consultation with the customer and only if we have said products in stock at the time of the dispute. Otherwise, unless the purchase is covered by
Etsy's Purchase Protection Program, we shall limit ourselves to issue a refund of purchase price and any associated shipping costs that have been paid in advance. In the event of re-shipping, we shall not assume any liability for the delay caused through re-shipping.
