Do you have a walk-in store where I can see the products before purchasing?

Our business is 100% online-based and we do not have a walk-in shop where you can come and see the beads and findings. Orders placed online are sent within 24 working hours to many destinations in the world.

We do not have a physical shop or warehouse where you can come and see the goods. All our products can be found together with an accurate description and pictures in our shop. Please ask us if you need more info or additional pictures.

If you order an item and don't like it, you can always send it back against a full refund. Besides this shop, we also sell beading supplies on Etsy: CLICK HERE.

Do you do home deliveries besides shipping by post and courier service?

If the delivery address is in Louth or Meath, not far from Drogheda town or Mell, we might decide to deliver the order ourselves, unless the customer explicitly chooses DHL/UPS delivery. We do this at our own discretion or when a customer really needs the items quickly.

Areas we cover include: Upper Mell, Lower Mell, Liscorrie, Drybridge, Tullyallen, Highlands, Drogheda town, Greenbatter, Yellowbatter, Newtownstalaban, Riverbank, Lagavooren, Avourwen Meadows and nearby areas.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all the most common forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, Revolut Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also pay in cash if you are collecting the order from Drogheda, Ireland yourself.

Please do not send any cash or cheques by post. We accept absolutely no responsibility if they are lost or stolen on the way.

We do not have any access to your payment and bank details. These details are encrypted and go straight through to the payment processor.

I am having trouble during checkout and cannot complete the order, can you help?

There are several possibilities. If you are getting three consecutive asterisks (***) as an error, then you have selected a product that is currently out of stock or a higher quantity than available. Please amend the quantity accordingly.

For any other issues (access issues, PayPal issues, etc.), please send us an email or message and we will reply ASAP.

Note: Older browsers/mobile phones may not be supported. VPNs, malware overlays, or external windows can also cause problems.

Why is PayPal charging me for currency conversion at checkout although I am located in Ireland (or the EU) and my currency is Euro?

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • You are using a VPN — try disabling it and clearing cookies.
  • Using a Revolut card via PayPal — ensure your funds are in Euros.
  • The country selected in PayPal doesn't match your actual location.

If the problem continues, try using a local credit/debit card or select bank transfer instead.

How come am I being charged in Euro at checkout although I selected GBP or USD in the shop options?

Our bank account is in Euro, so we have fixed the payment currency to Euros. This prevents payment issues during checkout. You usually benefit from better exchange rates from your own bank compared to PayPal or other processors.

How do I order from your website?
  1. Search or browse items and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on checkout and enter your details + any coupon/gift codes.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email and your order will usually ship the next working day.
What are your delivery options?

Standard post, Registered post, DHL Express, or UPS Express. Note that standard post (including free shipping) does not include a tracking number.

Do your metal products contain nickel?

All our metal beads and components are considered "Nickel Free" according to EU regulations. This means nickel levels are below the strict limits set by law. If you have a severe nickel allergy, please proceed with caution.
