The prices shown in our online bead shop are in Euro. However, the Kolibribeads website has a currency selection feature that gives an idea of how much the items would cost in currencies, such as Pound Sterling and US Dollar. This conversion is provided on a good will basis and is by no means accurate. The order will still be charged in Euro and the final binding amount owed to us is in Euro.

Your order will be packed and ready to ship or collect (customers in Ireland) within 24 working hours.

As standard, we send orders via standard post. Standard post is fast, reliable and fairly inexpensive. However customers can also choose other services, such as registered post (includes tracking), UPS Express and DHL Express. These special services cost more, but they offer peace of mind as you get a tracking number. They are usually also faster than standard post.

All shipping charges including tax (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

At Kolibri we count every pack of loose beads/findings by hand. For this reason, there might be a difference of about 5% from the amount stated in the product description/title. Kindly note that strands are not counted by bead but rather by strand length in inch which is usually rounded to a whole number. This means that the approximate length in cm and number of beads we state in the product description/title can sometimes vary from the actual product (up to 10%). Especially because bead sizes can also fluctuate by up to 1 mm. We do not regard these cases as a reason for complaint as they are standard in the industry, however please feel free to contact us if you are unhappy with your order.
 

 

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 48 hrs after receiving the order. The item/s returned should be in its original condition and packed properly to avoid damage in the return process. Items may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. In the packing you should include your original invoice. We will only issue a refund if the item is in re-sellable condition and if we have been notified beforehand about the return. Please be kindly advised that return postage and packing charges will not be refunded.

Refunds can only be issued via the same means and method of payment or as a coupon code that can be used for future orders.

You also have the opportunity to choose replacement items, if you prefer.

 

Damaged or missing product claims must also be made within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event that a shipment goes lost in transit, arrives with damaged contents or is not shipped for reasons explained to the customer (such as not enough stock available), we shall not assume any claims for consequential or indirect damages. We solely agree to re-ship the order with the same products or products of the same market value using the same shipping method agreed for in the purchase contract (order confirmation) following consultation with the customer and only if we have said products in stock at the time of the dispute. Otherwise, we shall limit ourselves to issue a refund of purchase price and any associated shipping costs that have been paid in advance. In the event of re-shipping, we shall not assume any liability for the delay caused through re-shipping.

In the event of a legal dispute regarding the purchase agreement, the Drogheda District Court, in Drogheda Courthouse, St Patrickswell Ln, Downtown Drogheda, Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland shall be considered as the sole jurisdiction.
