For those who don't know, our trade name and logo portray the hummingbird. Kolibri is in fact the German word for Hummingbird. There are hundreds of different hummingbirds with beautiful colours and different beaks which have adapted over millions of years to the specific flower they drink nectar from. These tiny birds move from flower to flower with immense speeds and are regarded as pollinators - just like bees and butterflies. We found all that extremely inspiring... Why the German word? Our business idea was launched in Rosenheim, Germany in 2010. Since then we expanded to Malta and once again to Ireland in 2015. We hope to continue providing you with the best selection of beads and components for many years to come!
